Pictured is a stick off of a Hitachi Excavator. The end had been welded and repaired so many times replacement of the entire stick appeared to be the only option. However our Mactech technicians were able to replace the whole end boss and able to salvage this equipment saving the owner thousands of dollars. With a heavier wall thickness, precision machined and aligned, no bushings have needed replacements over the last two years, compared to every 2 month before.
