Mactech has recently completed another large-scale decommissioning project with a valued global client using our ROV Diamond Wire Saw The scope of work required over 200 cuts, at depths up to 6500’. Our 16” Cutoff Diamond Wire Saw was utilized, in combination with our client’s ROV, to complete the challenging scope. The chosen solution certainly rose to the occasion. Average cut times were under 15 minutes per cut, and the project was, once again, completed with Zero downtime, and Zero incidents.
